QVA Consulting undertook an extensive site-wide hydraulic study to create an integrated system of turf drainage, building drainage, wadis, lakes and re-circulation mains that manage the multiple goals of surface water flood control, lake circulation, golf course irrigation and irrigation water storage all at surface, and all in a form that blended in to the golf course design, amenity space and landscaping by Olazabal.
