The design, tendering and site supervision of the construction of a new road, new drainage and new utility infrastructure, to serve four 10-storey apartment blocks and 190m of refurbished railway arches, alongside a live Thmeslink route.

QVA Consulting worked closely with Paragon ASRA Housing, Walker Construction Consultants, Network Rail, and Spence ltd, to design and deliver shared infrastructure that unlocked the completion of 4 apartment blocks for Paragon ASRA and enabled the letting of 20 railway arches to commercial tenants by The Arch Company (formerly Network Rail).
