A new residential quarter for Tenterden, designed to extend the form and nature of the historic Cinque Town by leading down naturally to the river landscape.

QVA Consulting created an integrated drainage strategy that includes a suite of SUDS solutions upstream of a new natural, attenuating flood meadow.  QVA overcame difficult foul water drainage constraints by creating a foul water pump station that anticipated the needs of future phases of development.
