York & Winstanley Estate is the regeneration of a 17 hectare post-war estate on the northern side of Clapham Junction train station, on the course of the lost river Falcon Brook.

QVA Consulting  undertook a Due Diligence Study that comprised a Storm and Foul Water drainage strategy and enabling works, and a proposed diversion of the Falcon Brook culvert.  The study identified significant constraints and opportunities that were key to a risk-manged bid for this major regeneration project.
