High Road West is the regeneration of Land north and south of White Hart Lane, and to the west of Tottenham High Road.

QVA undertook a Due Diligence Study that comprised a Storm and Foul Water drainage strategy and enabling works, and a proposed diversion of the Moselle River culvert.  The study identified significant constraints and opportunities that were key to a risk-manged bid for this major regeneration project.
