Whilst working for Ellis & Moore Consulting Engineers, Phillip Rogers designed the civil engineering infrastructure for BedZED, a 100-unit sustainable residential development in the London Borough of Sutton.

BedZED was a development that set the benchmark for sustainable development in the 2,000s and continues to achieve better than exemplary levels of performance.
