Newport Residential Quarter is a 91-unit residential development based on pre-fabricated timber frame house designs optimised by Trivselhus and JTP Archtects.  The design is fabricated largely offsite, installed quickly and meets the very highest current standards of energy and water consumption.

The civil engineering design is vital in securing planning and the proposed infrastructure achieves the highest sustainable standards, and reduces flood risk in the local area.

The highway design enables the site to be accessed through difficult terrain and balances the earthworks within the steep site.
